My yoga journey ... 

Yoga helped me through a big crises and reorientation I was experiencing in 2015. Since then it became a tool to calm my mind and create a routine I can come back to when feeling overwhelmed. Yoga became my medicine. I kept practicing and exploring all the different areas of it including meditation, pranayama and philosophy.

I am a E-200 RYT - registered with Yoga Alliance and have completed a 200 hrs Ashtanga & Vinyasa Training (I completed two trainings, one online, one in person).
Since then I have taught over 1000 hours in different countries, in person and online and have completed over 70 hours in extra trainings to specialize in different topics and teaching styles  (Breath is Life | Pranayama - Bandhas - Meditation course, Breathwork Instructor Course, 30 Hour Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training. 

Sharing the medicine of the conscious movements of yoga combined with the power of breath and stillness of meditation is one of my passions I love to share with you. I teach from the heart with the intention that it may help you the best possible way on your own journey.

What is Nervous System Yoga? 


This is a gentle Yin practice designed to calm the mind, release deep tension, and restore balance to and deeply nourish your body and nervous system. We hold poses for several minutes, allowing fascia, connective tissue, and joints to open fully, while focusing on slow, relaxing breath. This class helps you to release stress, recharge your energy, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Everyone welcome!

What is Breath Led Vinyasa?


We open with meditation and breath to anchor you into your body. Then we flow through a breath-led Vinyasa sequence, linking every movement to your inhale and exhale. Build strength, focus, and deep body–breath awareness. Move with intention, breathe with clarity. Everyone welcome!

Private classes allow you to focus on your specific needs and goals to help make the practice more effective for you on any level. 

Private classes can be held at Rebearth or at a location of your choice - ideally with an even floor and roof to be independent from the weather.

If you’re completely new to yoga you might find group classes a little overwhelming.In yoga, it’s absolutely imperative that you learn the basics correctly and ensure proper alignment. Without doing so, you’re at an increased risk of injury while doing yoga and no one wants that.

Busy schedules are one of the top obstacles stopping people from taking care of their mental and physical health. Most group classes take place early in the morning before people go to work, or in the evening after the finish. If neither of those times works for you, it can be hard to fit your yoga in. A private class will be scheduled in the time and at the place that works for YOU.
