The heart behind Rebearth 

Rebearth Cabarete started from a simple idea—wanting to live a life that feels more present, more connected, and more in tune with nature.

I’m Kathi, and this is the space I’ve created from that intention

My Journey

Over the years, I’ve explored a lot of different ways to feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Yoga, breathwork, time in nature, working with horses, living more simply… I’ve tried, practiced, and kept what truly felt good and real to me.

I’m still learning every day. And what I share comes from my own experience—not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve walked the path myself.

MY APPROACH

I’m here to guide and support, but not to tell you what your path should look like.

Everyone is different. My role is to hold space and offer tools—you take what feels right for you.

HOW I LIVE

What keeps me grounded is a balance between stillness and movement.

Some days that looks like slowing down, being quiet, and just breathing. Other days it’s being active—moving my body, being in the ocean, or working with the land and animals.

That balance is the foundation of Rebearth. 


WHY REBEARTH

To me, Rebearth is about remembering.

Remembering that we are part of nature—not separate from it. And when we reconnect with that, things start to shift in a very natural way.

It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself.


WHAT I WANT THIS SPACE TO BE

Rebearth is a place where you can take a step back from the noise and just be.

You can move, rest, breathe, learn, or do nothing at all. There’s no pressure to be a certain way.

Whether you come for a session, a class, or just to spend time in nature, the intention is simple: to give you space to reconnect—with yourself and with life.
