Yoga
Move. Breathe. Come back to yourself.
My Practice and Teaching
Yoga came into my life during a time of crisis and big change.
In 2015, it became something I could return to—a way to calm my mind, create stability, and feel more like myself again. Over time, it became more than a practice. It became a tool I carry with me through everything.
Since then, I’ve continued to explore yoga in a deeper way—beyond movement.
That includes meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and the philosophy behind the practice. These elements are all part of how I teach today.
I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa (both online and in person).
I’ve taught over 1,000 hours across different countries and online, and continued my education with additional trainings in breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and Yin Yoga.
My Teaching philosophy
My classes are not about pushing or performing.
They’re about creating space—physically and mentally—so you can reconnect with your breath, your body, and your own rhythm.
Sometimes that looks like slow and grounding. Sometimes it’s more dynamic and flowing. But always, it’s intentional.
What to expect:
- Vinyasa, Yin, and VinYin styles
- Breath-focused movement
- Nervous system support
- Space for stillness and reflection
- A practice that meets you where you are
No matter your level or experience, you’re welcome.

I am so grateful I found Kathi as my yoga instructor. Her amazing positive energy radiates so naturally. Kathi’ yoga practice and her environment is peaceful and relaxing, she is wise, patient, and very attentive to everyone’s individual needs. I encourage you to experience a YIN class which is my personal favourite. With much gratitude, Christina

My boyfriend and I met Kathi on a trip to Cabarete and participated in one of her live yoga classes. Honestly it was one of the most beautiful sessions I have ever experienced. We did breathwork, meditation and a gentle vinyasa flow. I felt super calm and grounded afterwards and it was clear to me that I wanted to continue this journey at home.
Ever since we do an online class once a week and it feels like a mini vacation each time. Kathi is such a wonderful and kind soul and even builds her classes around our needs regarding body & mind.
100% recommended!

If you are looking for a yoga instructor, this is the best instructor for you. Kathi extensively explanation of each yoga pose was just fantastic. If you are looking for yoga poses for specific ailment of the body, she will go in depth to teach you that too. I am so glad I found this amazing instructor. It was my first time been introduced to yoga in cabarette in the north coast of the Dominican Republic. It really help me understand my breathing patterns and how much I would benefit from yoga.

Practicing with Kathi yoga online honestly feels just as personal and grounded as being together in a studio. I always feel completely guided and supported, and she has this amazing way of tuning into what’s needed on that particular day. Whether the session is more dynamic or leans into gentle Yin, it’s always exactly right. Every time I finish class, I feel centered, calm, and deeply grounded.
