Triggered by a traumatic event in 2015 when living in Spain I started exploring energy work and healing and became interested in Reiki. I graduated from the Level 1 course in 2016 and Level 2 a year later. In 2021 I became a Reiki Master and I keep sharing this amazing gift with others during sessions.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver life force energy (Rei-ki) to your body and energy field, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and wellbeing.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and overall well being. Sessions can be held in person or remote.

I had my first Reiki session with Kathi. With her open and relaxed manner, she exudes a lot of calm, so that I felt comfortable and secure from the start. Even as a newcomer you will be well prepared for the session. This is followed by a very personal conversation, which can also become quite emotional. Kathi gifted me with a truly healing time the other day. As I was feeling very down, she offered me to lay on my bed, to get comfortable, and to let myself surrender to the Reiki frequencies she would send me. So I did. I went under a cosy blanket, closed my eyes and opened my awarness to receive her love and care. I entered in such a relaxed state, wow... It almost seemed I was close to fall asleep, but I was not at all. I was fully present with the things happening in my body... heat, tinkelling, spasms... and generally such a soft wrapping warm feeling.
At the end of the session, when I felt I was ready to communicate with her on the phone. I found a message from her telling what she had felt during the session. It was so beautiful to hear her calm voice, still fully into the high energies, transmitting me what she had seen, felt and received. She also told me that she had received a particular message for me. And that message brought me in tears when I heard it... because it resonated so much. Thank you Kathi for that wonderful moment of connection and healing.
